We manage, supervise, and monitor the entire repair/rehabilitation project to ensure correct execution.

Our Execution Responsibilities

A. Assist society in selecting & finalizing the civil contractor
B. Prepare contract documents & work orders
C. Appoint project manager & full-time site supervisor
D. Prepare execution plans (bar charts, schedules, safety plan, cash flow, quality checklist)
E. Coordinate between society, contractor & other agencies
F. Maintain technical, administrative & financial controls
G. Ensure timely and safe completion within budget
H. Implement strict safety systems
I. Implement quality assurance, material testing & checks
J. Monitor material handling & storage
K. Conduct review meetings & progress reporting
L. Advise on issues affecting execution
M. Guide society on insurance & contractual matters
