We carry out scientific Structural Audits to assess the condition, stability, and distress level of RCC buildings. Through visual inspection and essential NDT tests, we identify cracks, corrosion, leakage-related damage, and other critical structural issues that require immediate attention.

When is Structural Audit Required?

• Every 5 years – Inspector of Factories

• After 30 years, then every 5 years – Municipal Act

• After 15 years, then every 5 years, and after 30 years, every 3 years – Co-operative Society Act

• For Insurance, Bank Mortgage, Valuation

• When the structure shows distress

• Before additions/alterations

• After fire, earthquake, vibration, blast damage, or major corrosion
